Wild Rumors Surround Ivanka’s New Role In The White House – Melania Angry Or Relieved?

According to BR it’s fairly common for presidents and first ladies to make changes to the White House. Such changes are overseen by a preservation committee, but they’re usually approved. While we don’t know what changes Donald Trump will be making, first lady Melania Trump will be adding a “glam room” so that she can do her makeup.

Nicole Bryl, Ms. Trump’s makeup artist, told New York Magazine that there will definitely be a room for makeup and wardrobe.

‘There will absolutely be a room designated for hair, makeup, and wardrobe. Melania wants a room with the most perfect lighting scenario, which will make our jobs as a creative team that much more efficient, since great lighting can make or break any look.’

While this is kind of tacky, it probably isn’t that big a deal. What is more interesting is the fact that there are rumors that the Office of the First Lady will be renamed the Office of the First Family. The speculation is that Trump’s daughter, Ivanka, will assume the traditional duties of the first lady.

We know that her husband, Jared Kushner, will be serving as a senior adviser to the president. Ivanka does not currently have an official role within her father’s administration, but she has recently stepped down from her company.

She also said that she is still determining the best way in which she can serve the country.

‘I’m grateful for the overwhelming amount of outreach I’ve received from people all across America who have shared their stories and offered to extend their ideas and expertise in the areas I am deeply passionate about, including the education and empowerment of women and girls; leveling the playing field for female entrepreneurs and job creators and unleashing the potential of women in the workplace. I am eager to hear more from them as I determine the most impactful and appropriate ways for me to serve our country.’

That being said, this is all speculation, and Melania herself has said she is not intimidated by the role of first lady. Either way, there’s less than a week until Trump’s inauguration, so I guess we’ll find out then.
