Well, well – our wonderfully porous election system with oversight left to the grassroots exactly where fraud etc is most likely to occur. Can’t “the greatest nation on earth” do better? This might just be the top of the iceberg.
Hope they find more rigged elections and after a fair recount, the whole RNC and GOP should rot in jail
According to BR, a Trump campaign worker from Grand Haven, Michigan was found guilty on Wednesday of 10 counts of felony election fraud, after forging signatures on 2012 petition forms.

Both the Grand Haven Tribune and Progress Michigan have reported that Brandon Hall, a self described “political junkie”, who forged other people’s signatures in support of Chris Houtaling, in 2012, and also worked as a Trump campaign staffer, faces up to five years in prison.
Hall’s friend, Zachary Savage, took the stand during the case and admitted that 27 year old Brandon Hall did forge the signatures on the way to drop the petitions off before the filing deadline. Chris Houtaling, a 2012 judicial candidate, drove the vehicle carrying Hall and Savage while the forgery took place. Neither Savage nor Houtaling have been charged regarding the incident.
In June Brandon Hall’s case was picked up by the Michigan Supreme Court, after the defense claimed Hall shouldn’t be charged with felonies, rather misdemeanors. Unfortunately for the defense, the high court overturned the Michigan Court of Appeals and Brandon Hall’s charges remain felonies.
Brandon Hall was convicted of stealing from a school fundraiser in 2012, while serving on Grand Haven’s school board. Earlier this year he ran for the state House 89th District.
Progress Michigan issued a statement after Brandon Hall’s conviction, citing that the recount effort being put forth by former Green Party candidate Jill Stein needs to continue.
The executive director of Progress Michigan, Lonnie Scott, said:
‘Donald Trump has made claim after claim calling the integrity of the election into question, but his Michigan campaign had no problem hiring a staff member facing election law charges. The fact that the Trump campaign and the Michigan Republican Party embraced Brandon Hall is just one more reason to recount and audit the vote in Michigan.’
President-elect Donald Trump hasn’t stopped talking about voter fraud throughout election, but he still refuses to acknowledge the part it’s played time and again in his campaign. There’s no proof that Hall committed any election crimes during his work on the Trump campaign, but this election fraud conviction should absolutely raise alarm to those concerned about the outcome of the presidential election.
