The Republican Party has become the new “APARTHEID” party and the antisocial garbage full of racism and ignorance…
According to BR the soon-to-be sorely missed first lady, Michelle Obama, took on the recently released audio tapes which feature Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump bragging about sexually assaulting women.
Obama told the crowd that she could not believe that a presidential candidate had made the remarks in the 2005 audio tapes by alleged unregistered sex offender Donald Trump, asserting to the crowd:
‘This is not normal. This is not politics as usual. This isn’t about politics, it’s about basic human decency.’
Trump asserted in the tapes that he could freely force himself on women because he was a “star.”
He claimed, however, during a presidential debate to moderator Anderson Cooper that his words had never been played out in real life.
In the days following the debate, however, multiple women came forward to the press with stories of how Trump had, in, fact, assaulted them in various capacities, with their stories stretching across decades.
Well, alleged unregistered sex offender Donald Trump’s running mate, Indiana Governor Mike Pence, decided that it wasn’t beneath him to try and stage some sort of response to the First Lady this week on CBS News.
He told the hosts:
‘Look, I have a lot of respect for the first lady. But I don’t understand the basis of her claim [that Trump practiced predatory behavior.]’
Oh really? Has he listened to the tapes or read the transcript of what Trump actually said?
Well, evidently he has, because he went on to acknowledge that what Trump said was “regrettable”- while still asserting that he has no idea why the first lady would assume that Trump’s words stand for actual behavior. After all, Trump said he was innocent, and he’s trustworthy, right?
He told the hosts:
‘I already spoke about my concerns in the language he used in that 11-year-old video, but what he’s made it clear is that was talk. Regrettable talk on his part, but that there were no actions.’
How does Pence know that there were no actions? Because trustworthy ole’ Donald Trump said so.
Pence’s response comes in the face of a simple and yet profound assertion by principal deputy White House press secretary Eric Schultz, who told reporters that he “can’t think of a bolder way for Donald Trump to lose even more standing than he already has than by engaging the first lady of the United States.”
